German Shepherd Dog/ Labrador Retriever mix
MIA is your typical Shepherd in that she can be protective over her space and family, but once outside her kennel she is a gentle girl with people and enjoys gentle petting. MIA was returned because her family had children and didn’t feel they could give her what she deserves. She has spent the last 3 years outside in the yard and she is ready to spend her golden years aging in the luxury of a loving family’s home where she can get brushed daily, get help losing some weight and receive chest and ear scratches that she can’t get enough of. If you are looking for a sweet senior that you can cuddle and that will keep those solicitors away from your door, MIA may be the match for you.
Mia is staying with a wonderful volunteer in a Foster home until she finds her forever home. If you would like more information about Mia and our adoption process, please call the shelter at (760) 753-6413.
Mia is sponsored in honor of our three beloved RCHS dogs, wishing loving forever homes for all animals.
