This animal is a San Diego FOCAS animal

CHIEF is exactly that when it comes to asking for attention. He will adamantly nudge your hand for pets and cuddles. He gets excited easily so will need someone who is willing to do some mental work and games to help tire this high energy boy out. He may be a little needy, but who among us isn’t? If you like sturdy little dogs that can hang tough but like gentle pets and love to be a lap dog as well then take a look at CHIEF!

NOTES FROM CHIEF’S FOSTER HOME: Chief is a super playful and loving little guy. Gives the best little kisses when you hold him. Always wants to be near you.  Super energetic. Loves going for runs (actual jogs) and is great at dog beach. He seems to like little dogs, he always approaches them with interest, but is still unsure of bigger dogs. But he came to accept my 60lb lab even once or twice slept next to her. He’s got that cute deep big dog voice, but at home he’s very very quiet and you’d never notice it.  Chief has lots of love to give and enjoys to tell everyone all about his day. He would love to call your couch his own!

Chief is sponsored in memory of Snowy
