Crushes of the Month – October 2022

Flopsie Joy

We can feel the love when we walk by our dog crush of the month, Flopsie Joy. She’s a 3-year-old, 64-pound, female, shepherd mix. She was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters.)

Miss Flopsie can’t figure out why everybody doesn’t stop to tell her how pretty she is.

When she gets out of her kennel there’s spinning, toys, and about ten minutes of glee before she’s ready to calm down and enjoy a love fest.

The $145 adoption fee for Flopsie Joy includes medical exam, spay, up to date vaccinations, registered microchip, and a one-year license if his new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society’s Department of Animal Services.

Tigger

Tigger is a big, handsome, red and white cat.

He came to us in 2017 and was adopted right away. He spent 4 years in his home. Now there have been changes and his owners need more time to take cars of human family members. They brought Tigger back to RCHS and asked us to find this great cat a family that can give him the time he needs and the attention he deserves.

The $100 adoption fee for Tigger includes medical exam, neuter, up to date vaccinations, and registered microchip.
