Tending Pet Loss
The Emerald Tent is a guided restorative ritual grounded in heart, body, community, and earth.
Designed for those carrying something heavy, it offers a carefully held space where grief and love can be witnessed and gently tended in community.
Through structured small-group witnessing, calming breath and somatic practices, collective humming, and immersive forest meditation, participants are supported in settling the nervous system and remembering they are not alone.
This gathering is offered in partnership with Rancho Coastal Humane Society, whose commitment to compassionate animal care extends beyond life into the tender work of remembrance.
The ritual will be held at Vivian’s Learning Center on the Rancho Coastal campus.
