Save These Dates – November 26 and November 30
It’s a BUSY and BIG time of year for Rancho Coastal Humane Society and all nonprofits. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, RCHS relies on year-end giving and the generosity of our donors to fulfill our mission to save the lives of abandoned companion animals and offer support services that inspire and strengthen the human-animal bond.
BLACK FRIDAY
On Black Friday, that’s the Friday after Thanksgiving, instead of masking up, lining up and trying to “socially distance” while shopping the Black Friday sales, consider shopping the RCHS Virtual Fund-a-Need catalog.
It has been a favorite live event at our annual fundraising gala and was a “virtual” success online last year!
Bright and early on Black Friday morning, November 26th, RCHS will launch our Virtual Fund-a-Need online catalog filled with essential shelter supplies and program “wishes” that will sustain us in the coming New Year and beyond.
There’s something in everyone’s price range!
#GIVINGTUESDAY
Following Black Friday, in just two weeks, on November 30th, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, RCHS will be participating in Giving Tuesday, an online “Global Day of Generosity.”
On Giving Tuesday, communities around the world will be inspired to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

We’ll have some special Giving Tuesday stories to share as part of this national movement.
All donations $1 for $1 will be matched up to $60,000! And, you don’t have to wait until Giving Tuesday if you want to give your designated gift and have it matched today.
