Have you heard the expression, “One person’s junk is another person’s treasure?” That couldn’t be more true when it comes to CARS, the Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS) Vehicle Donation Program. Donating your used vehicle could generate hundreds or thousands of dollars. The proceeds are used to rescue and care for our adoptable animals.
A 2002 Toyota Camry with 227,757 miles, a 2001 Ford Explorer with 330,000 miles, and a 2002 Nissan Frontier with 276,560 miles (our own John Van Zante’s truck!) are just a few recent examples of CARS donations that saved the lives of homeless pets. CARS will pick up your car — wherever you live – just ask the guy who called RCHS from Ohio to ask if he could donate his car to RCHS. Definitely!
