Join us November 7th for Ranch & Coast Magazine’s “Best Of” 2019 party. Again this year RCHS is being honored as one of San Diego’s best Pet Organizations!
On November 9th Rancho Coastal Humane Society’s new Pet Loss Support Program (PLSP) group meets at 9AM in the Humane Education Center. If the Saturday morning PLSP meeting doesn’t fit your schedule, another meeting takes place on Wednesday, the 13th, at 6:00 PM.
November 11th we observe Veterans’ Day. This includes Military Working Dogs. A great day to visit the Military Working Dog Memorial at RCHS. (The Shelter will be open.)
Happy Tales make happy tails when children visit the RCHS Kennels, Cattery, and Rabbitat on Friday the 15th to read to the animals!
November 23rd is National Adoption Day, then the 24th through the 30th is National Family Week.
Meet dogs available for adoption from your Rancho Coastal Humane Society on Sunday, November 24th during the Encinitas Holiday Festival. Visit the RCHS booth in front of Detour Salon at 594 South Coast Highway 101 from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Thursday, November 28th is Thanksgiving. Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society will be closed. Don’t worry. There are still staff members and volunteers here to take care of the animals. Find your forever friend on November 29th instead of shopping the mall!
