Show Some Bunny Love with Our Kid’s Coloring Contest
Entries accepted until June 21st.
Here’s a cool, fun, animal-related contest for your kids. Our first-ever Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS) Bunny Coloring Contest.
Start by downloading the bunny drawing HERE!
This is for kids,12-years and under. Really, we mean it! Mom and Dad, Grandpa and Grandma, older sisters and brothers… keep your paws to yourself! (You’re still welcome to download your bunny picture and color it. You just won’t be eligible for the prizes.)
Here’s how to enter:
- Email your colored-in bunny picture to events@sdpets.org or
- Drop it off here at the Shelter (389 Requeza Street, Encinitas). When you approach the shelter, look for the pedestrian gate on the right side of the driveway. There will be a box on the fence with a bunny picture on it. Put your entry in the box.
How long do you have?
- The deadline for entries is Monday, June 21st at 5:00 PM.
Who decides the winners?
- A panel of highly esteemed judges and art critics. Summer Animal Camp begins on June 21st. The campers will judge the entries. They’ll pick their favorites on Friday, June 25th. There will be one winner in each category
Artist’s age – 5 years old and under
Artist’s age – 6-9 years old
Artist’s age – 10-12 years old
We’ll notify the winners on Monday, June 28th. After that, winners can come to RCHS to pick up a prize basket filled with fun surprises and treats.
